When will I get my order?

In accordance with our Public offer agreement processing time of the Order by the Executor

A) for a service package named "Small business" – up to 7 (seven) working days from the date of its execution;

B) for a service package named "Medium business" – up to 15 (fiveteen) working days from the date of its execution;

C) for a service package named "Enterprise"- up to 25 (twenty five) business days from the date of its execution.

In the case of ordering a package of Self-custom service by contacting us directly, the terms for processing the order by the Contractor are negotiated by the Parties separately.

If the Order is sent on a weekend or holiday, the processing time for the Order starts from the first working day after the holiday.

Do you have a refund procedure?

In the event that the quality of services for any reason is inadequate for the Customer, the Contractor grants the Customer the right, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the start of the provision of services or the provision of the results of services, to contact the Contractor with an Application for a refund of the paid funds.
